bisonpicsuite

The goal of bisonpicsuite is to make it easy to install and load the bisonpic suite of R packages for visualizing and analyzing wood BISON camera trap (PIC) data.

The packages are designed to facilitate data exploration and analysis of wood bison camera trap data, using underlying functions to visualize and analyze data (bisonpictools) and Shiny applications that streamline the data visualization (shinybisonpic) and data analysis (runbisonpic) processes.

The data are analyzed using an Bayesian Integrated Population Model, which combines a stage-structured population projection matrix model with multiple sources of data into a unified framework, allowing for estimates of age-sex class ratios, population vital rates, and abundances, while maintaining the correct propagation of uncertainty. Installation

You can install the latest version of bisonpicsuite from GitHub with:

# install.packages("remotes")
remotes::install_github("poissonconsulting/bisonpicsuite")

Load

To load bisonpicsuite, execute the following line of code.

library(bisonpicsuite)
